Contacts Privacy

Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

 

Purpose of the treatment. The processing concerns the data contained in our customer and contact details (such as, for example, name, surname, addresses, telephone numbers, email, tax data), on the basis of which we maintain our commercial relationships, manage all activities necessary to perform ongoing services (including specifically assistance and administrative activities), as well as to promote products or services of your interest and to carry out any marketing initiatives. No automated decision-making process will be carried out, nor any form of profiling. The legal basis of the treatment is represented by the consent to the treatment, except where the treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a part.
 
Data storage. The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing provided here, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, or retention is necessary to document the performance of these activities or for the protection of every right however connected to their use.
 

Rights of the interested party. The interested party has the right to access his data and to receive a copy of the data that is being processed by us. You have the right to ask us to correct or delete your data (right to be forgotten) or to limit the processing that concerns you or to oppose the processing of your data. You have the right to receive the data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device (right to data portability).
When the data processing is based on his consent, the interested party has the right to withdraw it at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation. However, it should be noted that the revocation of the data processing, as well as in general the failure to communicate the data, may prevent all or part of the ongoing commercial contacts from being maintained.
If he believes that the processing of his personal data on our part violates the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the interested party may lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it)

Recipients of the data. The data may be communicated to our technical partners for needs relating to the execution of the ongoing services and to our commercial partners to offer you products or services of your interest. The data may also be communicated by us to external managers who deal with accounting and tax obligations and marketing activities on our behalf. Finally, the data may be transferred to our suppliers who are responsible for hosting the data on our behalf. These suppliers may be located in other countries within the European Union or in the U.S., but in the latter case they will only be suppliers certified pursuant to the Privacy Shield and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
